Chris studied Fine Art & Contemporary Critical Theory at Goldsmiths College, London, with a Masters Degree in Arts Management & Cultural Policy from City University, London. He has 30 years’ experience in the Fine Art sector, successfully running his own commercial gallery specialising in investment grade art assets and advisory services. Chris regularly contributes to academic programmes at leading universities with a special focus on art investment, storage and offshore markets.

A qualified lawyer and well-respected former Crown Prosecutor of over 20 years, Conrad is Managing Director at Le Riche Automobile Storage & Consultancy, overseeing the provision of bespoke solutions to our clients. With a strong understanding of the legal implications of our offshore operation, Conrad is also a client director at Le Riche Fine Art Storage and a guiding hand providing significant experience and oversight offshore.

Joe castellino
DIRECTOR
An economics graduate and former corporate banker, Joe co-founded Le Riche Automobile with Ian Le Riche in 1989 and its Guernsey subsidiaries Le Riche Automobile Storage & Consultancy and Le Riche Fine Art Storage. Joe’s experience in the offshore finance industry and his various professional qualifications have helped shape the company’s approach to the storage of luxury assets. Joe is a trusted advisor to significant families, wealth funds, private offices and collectors and has specific skills in relation to providing the Le Riche Group solutions to GCC clients.

PHILIP BARTON WRIGHT
DIRECTOR
Philip has been a Guernsey resident since 2001. A long-standing friend and client of Le Riche Automobile Storage & Consultancy, Philip joins the team as both an investor and director. In his past career he has established numerous exchange-listed businesses and has a significant portfolio of commercial storage facilities both on and offshore.
David Ummels
DIRECTOR
David is a multicultural entrepreneur whose background is in capital markets. He has a strong investor network and sits on several public and private company boards. He is also the Cultural Ambassador for Guernsey’s Chamber of Commerce. David is a passionate art collector and a big fan of Guernsey. As a direct response to the level of integrity that he found on the island, he established Art for Guernsey, a charitable organisation which curated more than 100 exhibitions and events, including the only Renoir exhibition in the world in 2023. David has also assisted several HNWIs or family offices with all aspects of the management of their art collections. In 2023, he was appointed by the French Ministry of Culture to the rank of Knight in the Order of the “Arts and Letters”.

JONATHAN SAUNDERS
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our Operations Manager Jonathan served as a Royal Marine for 15 years. In his final draft at Helicopter Commando Force, he was responsible for an entire fleet of military hardware, ensuring that it was always ready for action. Jonathan has spent five years working in our facility, taking fastidious responsibility for daily security, the collection and delivery of assets, and ensuring that all items are carefully handled and stored.
ELLIOTT CASTELLINO
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Elliott was educated in Jersey and, before joining Le Riche in 2024, worked for 5 years in the custody banking division of an international offshore bank. Against this background of dealing with global clients, Elliott brings an understanding of industry leading procedures and protocols for recording, holding, and administering high value assets.
